About Agile Lean Summit 2018 This summit will bring together industry leaders from around North America to close the gap between Agile, Lean, and Traditional Project Management and Operations. The summit will provide challenging technology sessions with real-life examples that will cause Traditional Project Managers and executives in attendance to pause and consider Agile and Lean and cause Agile and Lean leaders to understand and build the bridge to the Traditional approaches.

About Agile Lean Center at Harrisburg University The Agile Lean Center (ALC) provides professional development, certificates, academic offerings, resources, and networks using agile and lean business processes to achieve improved business and project outcomes for state and local governments as well as local and global businesses. These improved business processes are used for Product Development, Software Development, Manufacturing, Business Process Improvement and Value Centered Project/Portfolio Management.
About the Project Management Program at Harrisburg University Harrisburg University offers a Master of Science in Project Management using both traditional waterfall methods and agile methods. One of the core academic program goals is for students to be able to demonstrate the applied knowledge and technical expertise in the management of a single team to meet stakeholder needs within constraints and aligned with agile project management frameworks with industry best practices. Another program goal is for students to demonstrate the use of enterprise agile frameworks. This summit builds on these overall goals for our commercial and governmental partners.
