Karla Baumler is a Manager in KPMG’s HR Transformation practice, focusing on shaping HR functions of today into HR functions of the future. She partners with HR leaders to identify gaps and opportunities to align with business strategy. Then, as organizations embark on their transformation journey, she leads the implementation of the recommendations, focusing on the optimization of the human resources service delivery model to be ready for the business needs of the future.
