Jay Carlile is the General Manager for LinkedIn Talent Solutions’ State & Local Government division. He has 15 years of experience working with the public sector, both government and education. Most recently he’s taken the lead of LinkedIn’s newly created government division for their Talent Solutions group. There he’s responsible for LinkedIn’s practice for helping state and local governments identify, attract, hire, and retain the next generation public service workforce.
