Tim Pettry became a Cleveland Clinic caregiver in 2008 and currently serves as a Senior Process Improvement Specialist, supporting the application of lean principles, systems and tools at Cleveland Clinic Akron General Health System. Tim is a co-author of the Cleveland Clinic Improvement Model, which is heavily influenced by the Shingo Model for Operational Excellence.
