TAKING AGILE AND LEAN TO THE ENTERPRISE<\/h1>\n

Agile and Lean values and principles are shaping the thinking of most organizations today. Scaling Agile for the Enterprise is a challenge that many large organizations face as they implement Agile Teams across more and more of their operations. Coordinating multiple Teams that are working on multiple projects can seem daunting.\u202f\u00a0<\/span>Our 4th annual Agile Lean Summit 2019 focused on \u201cTaking Ag<\/span><\/b>ile and Lean to the Enterprise.\u201d<\/span><\/b>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Agile primarily manifests itself in the development of new products and services. According to the 2017 12th Annual State of Agile Report by VersionOne, a major theme of this report is that \u201cAgile is Expanding within the\u00a0Enterprise\u201c. The report shows that 25% of the respondents say that all or almost\u00a0all of\u00a0their teams are agile, whereas only 8% reported that in 2016.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, lean is literally turning many large organizations into value-focused entities. Lean tools and concepts enable organizations to look at their organization in an entirely new way; a way which is focused on adding value to the end user and customer.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
