About Speaker

Matthew Ross is a Business Services Program Officer with SCPa Works, which is the South Central PA Workforce Development Board. Prior to his current tenure with SCPa Works, Matthew was a Business Services Representative at the PA CareerLink located in Dauphin County. While working at the PA CareerLink, Matthew has always made it a priority to deliver a premium service to employers while at the same time ‘seeing through the eyes of the PA CareerLink participant. In Matthew’s current role with the SCPa Works Program Team, he monitors the PA CareerLink Business Services Consultants to ensure their service delivery is at a premium level. With an education and career background in Healthcare, Matthew has adopted one main practice throughout his evolving career in workforce development – ‘When I help an individual, it is imperative they leave me feeling at least 1 percent better about their situation’.
