DESCRIPTION:Optimal team performance is founded upon highly effective leadership. To be a highly effective leader, one must cultivate mindful self-awareness and the qualities of emotional and social intelligence that underlie servant leadership. One becomes a tuning fork for the team. In this presentation we define the intelligences and servant leadership and explore, mindful self-awareness and the way to cultivate it. Attendees will practice mindfulness meditation and learn how mindfulness, a practical realistic perspective, and courage combine to enable highly effective leadership.\n
