DESCRIPTION:Follow us on our journey of how a Lean Six Sigma project on a paper report inspired the Department of Revenue’s Customer Experience Center to come up with a new reporting process that is more transparent and flexible to meet management and supervisor needs. Utilizing the tools we already had, we were able to transform our reporting process and incorporate data visualization to quickly see data trends and make decisions.\n
