SUMMARY:A Team-Based Approach to Identifying, Understanding, & Resolving Project Team Conflict
DESCRIPTION:Team conflict is inevitable and, consequently, must be accepted and managed. The Project Leader’s ability to resolve conflicts has a direct impact on Project Team success. Managing Team Conflict is a difficult, yet necessary, competency required of a highly effective Project Team Leader. In this session, participants will learn about various conflict types and approaches. The presenter will then describe a team-based workshop design that session participants can implement to avoid or mitigate Project Team conflict.\n\n
