SUMMARY:Project Decision-Making with Emotional Intelligence
DESCRIPTION:Decision-making for the project manager gets easier if they are in tune with their emotions and those of others. research demonstrates that sound emotional intelligence enables us to make effective decisions. This research found that individuals with higher emotional intelligence focused on subtle verbal and non-verbal signals and used this information to avoid risky decisions. This session will allow participants to understand how emotional intelligence skills can be used to affect better decisions. This session will provide techniques to conduct more emotionally intelligent communication and to address conflict in an emotionally intelligent manner. Communication and conflict are two key areas that have a direct effect on the decision-making process.\n\n
