User Attitudes Towards IT Adoption

This presentation will review recent research on user attitudes toward IT adoption, including emotions, intent to use, resistance to change, ease of use and social influence. The presentation will include the implications of user attitudes on the success of IT adoption and system rollouts, as well as how project management practices can influence project success in light of these findings.
