Ella Ponsford-Gullacci's career in Information Technology and Project Management has encompassed directing and managing transformational projects, including business process design, software development, infrastructure design, implementation, and facilities management. She s a passionate educator in the fields of Information Technology and Project Management. Ella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management and Economics with a Business and Information Technology specialization from SUNY Empire State College, an Advanced Masters Certificate in Project Management, and a Master of Business Administration in Management from SUNY Empire State College School for Graduate Studies. Ms. Ponsford-Gullacci is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Information Technology Project Management. Her research interests include Project Leadership, Information Technology Project Risk Management, and Waterfall to Agile Transformation.
