About Presenter
Dr. Clark has over twenty-years of experience as a management consultant, project manager, director, chief of staff, and chief information officer. He has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors in the fields of project management, information technology, procurement, and budgeting. He has taught at Harrisburg University since January 2016. Last year, Dr. Clark became a member of the full-time corporate faculty. He has taught Graduate Project Management Thesis, Principles of Project Management, Risk Management Procurement and Contracts, PMP/CAPM Preparation, and Research, Writing and Methodology. In addition, he is the course team lead for GRAD699 Graduate Thesis. He recently earned his Ph.D. in Business Management with specialization in Project Management from Capella University. His doctoral dissertation was a correlation study which investigated the extent of project management competencies and project complexity on project success. Dr. Clark also earned a Master of Science in Business from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Mount Saint Mary’s University with Magna Cum Laude honors. Dr. Clark is a member of Delta Mu Delta through Johns Hopkins University and the National Honor Society for Leadership and Success through Capella University. He has a passion to teach and guide others and share new knowledge that he has gained as both a scholar and a practitioner. Dr. Clark is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Government Chief Information Officer (CGCIO) and a Six Sigma Green Belt. He is a member of the Project Management Institute, the Project Management Institute-Keystone Chapter, the Academy of Management, the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences, and the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership. He is also certified in CITI ethical research. In addition to his academic pursuits, Dr. Clark is actively pursuing publishing his research in peer-reviewed scholarly journals as well as undertaking other research and writing endeavors.
