Mr. Rusignuolo serves as the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Information Services for Select Medical. Based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, Select Medical is a leading national provider of long-term acute care, inpatient medical rehabilitation, outpatient physical therapy and employee health. Mr. Rusignuolo drives the overall strategic Information Systems planning for the company, in addition to overseeing project plans to integrate acquisitions and conversions, planning new system installations and approving the documentation of system processes and procedures. He also acts as the organization’s HIPAA Security Officer, and previously served as Director of Information Security with oversight of the Security, Programming and Data Center groups. Mr. Rusignuolo holds an MBA from Penn State University, and is the Chairman of the Penn State Harrisburg IT Advisory Board and on the Board of Directors for the Tech Council of Central Pennsylvania.
