About Presenter

Dr. Philip Mann has more than two decades helping leaders understand the value of federal government projects, where the individual project budgets are in the millions, but the value is often hard to nail down. He has managed requirements and value analysis on dozens of national and international projects affecting federal agencies across the Department of Transportation, Department of Justice, and the Department of Defense, plus the governments of Canada and Mexico. A veteran of the Navy, Army, and National Guard, Dr. Mann is currently a full-time Assistant Professor of Organization & Management at Harrisburg University, and an adjunct Assistant Professor of Project Management at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, teaching graduate courses in project management at both institutions.
