Exhibitor Program
Dear Exhibitor(s),
We are seeking exhibitors for the 2024 Pennsylvania Health Equity Summit. The Pennsylvania Department of Health Office of Health Equity will collaborate with community partners to sponsor a summit that brings leaders together to share information for the purpose of improving health outcomes for the most vulnerable populations throughout Pennsylvania. The summit will be held on Thursday and Friday, April 4-5, 2024, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Our 2022 summit had over 400 participants. It will be an opportunity to identify specific actions to address the Commonwealth’s goal of achieving health equity by 2030.
Exhibitor support of the summit enables your organization to showcase its products and services to a broad health care audience. It also allows you to contribute to discussions and presentations about innovative approaches to address health disparities and the social determinants of health. Your support not only benefits your organization but also the professionals in attendance by keeping registration prices low.

All Exhibitors must submit payment by April 1, 2024
You will have the ability to pay now through the online portal link (“Exhibitor Registration” button) on this page or receive an invoice from our partner. Invoice requests should be submitted to ProfessionalEd@HarrisburgU.edu and include the complete “Bill To” information. Please allow 2-3 business days for your invoice to be provided.
