We will discuss tactics and personality traits to help you better embrace change and combat internal resistance to change.

Felix is a Managing Director in KPMG’s People & Change practice and has a concentration and focus on government. Prior to his role at KPMG, he held senior positions in the Disputes, Risk and Change Management areas at Navigant Consulting and Charles River Associates, two global professional services firms. Felix has significant C-level experience in workforce transformation. In addition to large transformation projects, Felix’s experience also includes addressing change management, talent management, communications, culture and employee engagement.
Tommy is a Manager in KPMG’s People & Change practice and has a concentration in government. Tommy has been at KPMG for 5 years and has supported and led significant government organizational restructuring and business model transformation initiatives. His experience includes a focus on transforming the workforce through organization design, talent management, change management, communications, and training.
